How to use it
Drop the deck file belowIt is a single .html file, usually named something like Client — Proposal Deck v03.html. Everything is inside that one file, including the pictures, so there is nothing else to find.
Copy the web address it gives youHit Copy address. This address is temporary and stops working shortly after, which is intended.
Paste it into Claude and ask for the importOpen Claude on the company account, paste the address, and say:Import this into Canva as a presentation.
Open the Canva link Claude gives backThat is your editable deck. It lands in the team folder Epitome — Decks from HTML.
Fill in the picture boxesEvery empty box is labelled with what belongs there. Drag your image onto it and it fits the box by itself. No resizing or cropping needed.

This address expires in about 15 minutes. If you are not finished by then, just drop the file again.
Good to know
The HTML file is the original. Edits you make in Canva do not go back into it, so anything structural goes to Justin to change at the source.
Keep to the deck's own fonts. Retyping something in a different font can import wrong without any warning.
Do not rebuild a deck by hand in Canva. It stops matching the original and the next import replaces your work.
If a picture box will not take an image, tell Justin. It is a fault, not something to work around by drawing a new box.
Before you drop anything, read this
To let Canva read the file, this tool puts it on a web address that anyone holding the address can open. The address is unguessable and it deletes itself, but for those few minutes it is not private.
Do not put a live bid, client pricing, or anything under NDA through this tool. If you are not certain which one you are holding, ask Justin first. It takes a second and it cannot be undone afterwards.
